Biography
I am passionate about physical fitness, healthy living, education, and parenting. I taught English and Journalism at Gaither, Ben Hill, Sickles, and Middleton. I have been married to my high school sweetheart, David,for 34 years; we have a daughter, Wendy, son, Ben, and bichon , Bailey - all runners. I was born in Tampa and graduated from Chamberlain and USF.
